Every piece we make will be completely custom and unique, no two pieces will ever be alike. That means your inclusions, settings, and finishes will always be different from others, completely unique to you. The way the inclusions settle in the resin or where the added elements collect just makes everything even more special. Each memorial piece is custom-made just for you!

Finally, after you purchase your setting you will receive an email with instructions and our address to send your inclusions to

You will pay to have your inclusions mailed to us. We recommend shipping via USPS with a small flat-rate box, but you may also use UPS, FedEx, or DHL (Ashes MUST be shipped via USPS using their Priority Mail Express Cremated Remains Box). Each inclusion should be packed properly according to our shipping instructions (found below and in your order confirmation email). Be sure to label your bags, envelopes, etc with your name and order number.

The first shipping is what you are paying for at the post office/UPS/FedEx store to send your inclusions to us. The second payment is the shipping you pay for at check out, which is for us to ship your keepsake/jewelry back to you. If you have any questions, please reach out!

By sending us your tracking number it allows us also to help keep an eye on your expected package and to prepare for its arrival. This also allows us to begin our email correspondence where we will send you updates about your order.
Such as:
-The arrival of your inclusions
-Your order moving into processing
-Your order moving into production
-Your order moving into finishing
-Then finally when your order moves into packaging
Once your order is shipped you will receive a final email with your tracking information

If you qualify, you can break down the final price into 4 payments at checkout via PayPal & Klarna

We take the protection of your inclusions very seriously. You will receive our private address at checkout. Once delivered, your package will arrive at our secure indoor mailbox and will be accepted by an employee who will store your package in our private mailbox until we arrive to personally pick it up. Your inclusions will never be sitting unattended outside our indoor mailbox or work studio.

Yes! Two different milks, ashes with hair, clothing with flowers; whatever the combination we can make it work. We suggest a maximum of 2 inclusions per item. Please keep inclusions separated when shipping. If purchasing multiple pieces please label which inclusion goes to which memorial piece if they differ

Generally, for jewelry, we need about:
-0.5-1oz of breastmilk
-Half scoop of dry formula
-Half Tablespoon of ashes/soil
-A pinch of hair/ fur (about 10 strands)
-3-5 dried flower petals
-1inx1in square of cloth
Generally, for keepsakes, we need about:
-1oz of breastmilk
-Full scoop of dry formula
-2 Tablespoon of ashes/soil
-A pinch of hair/ fur (about 20 strands)
-8-10 dried flower petals
-3inx3in square of cloth
No matter what, only send what you’re comfortable with and don’t send the last of anything. We can work with what you have to make your beautiful jewelry/ keepsakes, even if it isn’t a lot
If you are purchasing more than three pieces you can email us to see what amount you should send.

We take the trust you’ve invested in us to care for your irreplaceable inclusions incredibly seriously. Once we receive your order we start to prepare immediately by printing out your order information and adding it to an individual container with your order number. We add your selected jewelry and inclusions to your specific container. Once in processing and production, each order is worked in one space at a time and kept separate from other orders at all times. All tools, containers, molds, etc. are cleaned in between each order.

Fresh or old, we can use any breast milk you have!

If you send in breast milk we will process it into a powder and then will keep the breast milk on file for 1 year in case you want to order again in the future. If you send in ashes, hair/fur, soil/sand, clothing, flowers, or others we will send whatever extras back to you. If you make remain-less ashes, our Flame Tribute Ashes, we will send you the prepared ashes along with your keepsakes.

-Finally, we have our beautiful rainbow effect (which can be done in a single color upon request)
We recommend a max of 3 additives per piece, too many can affect the final result and the ability for your stone to cure properly

The choice of additives is purely up to you and your vision! Of course, some additives complement better with some inclusions than others, but all are gorgeous! We recommend a max of 3 additives.
-Breastmilk: Breast milk is gorgeous on its own and any choice of additives adds to its natural beauty. Shimmers can add a subtle sparkle, while flakes add contrast and interest.
-Ashes: Another one that is beautiful on its own or paired with any additives. We love the look of our Opal Flakes to add color or any of our shimmers to add some depth and sparkle to your stone
-Flowers, Hair/Fur, Cloth: On their own, these inclusions will sit in a clear stone, if you don’t want a clear stone we recommend adding some shimmer, coloring, or any other additive or you can state in your "vision" notes how you want your flowers/cloth to cover the surface of the stone *Please note: Blond or white hair/fur will not stand out with our shimmers alone, we suggest a color added to the stone.
-Sand/ Dirt: On its own or with any inclusions you choose, natural earth can make a lovely stone to cherish. We love adding our metal foils to sand and dirt
-Other: Let’s discuss your sent-in inclusions, how they can be processed, and then what additives would work well
The bottom line, this is your custom memorial keepsake, you can choose whatever additives you’d like

We’d love to hear how you picture your stone or keepsake. Please understand, that I’m not a miracle worker, but I will give it my all to give you what you envision. There are things out of my control like where the flakes position themselves, how hair lays, etc.
Some example requests:
-“I was hoping for heavy gold flakes toward the bottom half of the stone.”
-“I’d like the heart keepsake to be half rainbow effect”
-“I would like both ashes to be mixed” or “Please keep the ashes separated in the stone”
-“I want my breastmilk stone to be as white as possible”

All Silver has the potential to tarnish over time. To help prevent this is to wear your jewelry. If it does tarnish gently use a polishing cloth to remove it.

The lifespan of plating depends on many factors such as body chemistry, amount of wear, and if you follow the care instructions. The pieces that are plated will wear down to expose the sterling silver underneath. You are paying for the sterling silver core and not the plating.
If you don’t want to worry about the plating wearing off we suggest doing the .925 sterling silver or our *solid 14k & 18k golds

As resin is a plastic it does have the potential to yellow over time. This is why the care instructions are important (found below and in your shipping confirmation email). We use a high-quality resin with UV stabilizers to help prevent premature yellowing. Keep all jewelry and keepsakes out of direct sunlight as much as possible to prevent yellowing

Breastmilk comes in many shades of white to yellow, even blue and red! It has to do with the water, fat, and even blood that make up your milk. The color of your breastmilk stone depends on your milk color. If you want a whiter stone, let us know and we’ll add mica to make it more white if needed.

These ashes represent a person or fur-baby, there will be no actual human or animal remains burned into the ashes. They will not fully resemble actual human or animal remains in color, density, or texture, which will mean your jewelry stone or keepsake may look darker.
These ashes are a representation or symbol of your passed loved one or pet, made of natural and artificial materials

First go to our Flame Tribute Ashes listing and click the ‘Add To Cart’ button and a prompt will appear. Add the name of the person or pet that these ashes will represent. You will then choose additives to be burned, we have regular additives and pet additives (pet ashes can made with a combination of both). You have the option to request specific colors, flowers, etc. Next you can add an optional letter/note to the deceased to be burned. Finally, hit I Agree.
If you want jewelry and keepsakes made with your Flame Tribute Ashes you must purchase both the ashes and jewelry/keepsake

Visit your local jewelry store to be sized. Google also has many tips and tricks to size yourself at home. We also have adjustable bands available. Be sure to order your correct size as we don’t have an inventory to allow exchanges.

If for some reason your stone falls out of its setting and you can locate the stone, we will reset it for free (you are responsible for shipping charges), BUT if the setting was damaged and you want it replaced you will have to purchase a new one. If the stone is lost we can make and set a new stone for a small fee (you may need to ship more of your inclusions along with your original setting). Please contact us to set up the repair BEFORE shipping the jewelry. You are responsible for shipping the jewelry and any costs associated with shipping.

We understand how hard it can be to send a piece of the only tangible memories you have of someone, so there is no time limit to send in your inclusions after you order. We do suggest sending them within 30 days of ordering so we can start working on your keepsake. Never send us the last of anything.

Turn-around time is 6 weeks; but may fluctuate depending on the influx of orders, when we receive your inclusions, as well as other factors outside of our control. So, please be patient and contact us if you have any questions.

Turnaround time begins once we receive your inclusions (or create your Flame Tribute Ashes). Processing of your inclusions can take anywhere from an hour (hair, ashes, clothing) to days (breastmilk, formula). Then of course the production of your items can also take days, depending on your order, along with your jewelry or keepsake needing a full 24 hours to fully harden. Other factors include time of year, influx of orders, etc.
Orders of *solid 14k & 18k yellow, white, or rose gold will add an extra 2 weeks for turnaround time

Care Instructions
Please give your jewelry and keepsakes extra special care to help them last for many years to come!
Polish your jewelry with a polishing cloth to remove any tarnish or oxidation
Check your stone from time to time to make sure it is still secure in its setting
Remove your jewelry when showering, washing your hands, doing dishes, swimming, etc. Your stone is water resistant, but NOT waterproof
Keep your jewelry and keepsakes out of direct sunlight as much as possible. Your stone/ keepsake is made of resin, sunlight & heat can cause yellowing, warps, and weakening of your piece
Remove jewelry when using chemicals like hand sanitizer, creams, cleaning products, lotions, etc. They may dull or ruin the surface of your piece
Remove your jewelry before bed. Bedding can catch on your stone and dislodge it from your setting
Remove your jewelry before doing any manual tasks like yard work, camping, fishing, working out, etc
Always look at your memorial keepsake with warmth and love
Shipping Instructions
After you have placed your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email that will contain your Invoice number as well as the address to mail your inclusions to. We do not have it listed on the website for privacy reasons. If you do not see the e-mail, be sure to check your spam and junk mail folders. If you still do not see the email please contact us and we will resend it directly to you.
We are not responsible for errors from any other businesses such as USPS, FedEx, Or UPS, etc.
We recommend sending your inclusions in USPS SMALL FLAT RATE BOX, but you may also use UPS, FedEx, or DHL (Ashes MUST be shipped via USPS using their Priority Mail Express Cremated Remains Box). Do not send inclusions in a regular envelope or bubble mailer to ensure it safely arrives.
Please do NOT require a signature for delivery.
Your full name and return address MUST be on the package.
Make sure you get tracking and keep your receipt. Send us an email with your tracking number when you ship your inclusion, with your name & order number as the Subject. Do this so we know to expect your inclusions and watch for its arrival
Be sure to add your name and invoice number on a piece of paper inside your package as well as on the bags of your inclusions.
Keep multiple inclusions separate during shipping

-Triple bag milk in breastmilk storage bags with as much air released as possible. Please do NOT send in containers, they are more likely to leak.
-Write the name and invoice # on the OUTSIDE BAG.
-If you are sending more than one milk for multiple pieces be sure to write which milk you would like used for which piece if they differ.
-DO NOT the send last of your milk. There is always the possibility of it getting lost in transit.

-FOR ASHES: You need to package cremated remains according to the USPS website for your ashes to travel safely. They MUST be shipped via USPS using their Priority Mail Express Cremated Remains Box. Visit the following link for more information. Click Here
-Place inclusions in two Ziploc bags to add an extra layer of protection. Try to remove as much air as possible from the bags before sending.
-Be sure that you put your invoice number on the outside bag as well as your name.
-Any inclusions that are not used will be returned to you with your finished piece(s).
-PLEASE do not send us the last of your inclusions, as mistakes and shipping issues do happen.
-If sending multiple inclusions for multiple keepsakes, please label which one goes to which piece if they differ
*Please note orders of 14k and 18k jewelry will be shipped with a required signature upon delivery. This ensures that your high retail valued jewelry does not fall victim to porch thieves.
If you would like a required signature for your sterling silver jewelry and keepsakes, please let us know and we can make it happen when we ship your order!

Please be aware that by clicking "I Agree" at the customization prompt and checkout, purchasing a keepsake from Reeh & Marie, and sending in your inclusions you permit and free Reeh & Marie, owners, partners, employees, offices, and all estates and associates of Reeh & Marie from any liability of your inclusions. We recommend that you DO NOT send the very last of any of your inclusions and that you reserve some at home. For inclusions that you send to Reeh & Marie, we are released from ALL liability or legal pursuit for any accidents or loss to your inclusions including a fire, flood, studio robbery, Act of God, or other accidents. Your order and sending of inclusions imply your agreement and understanding of this policy. ANY CHANGES MADE TO ORDERS WILL AFFECT YOUR TURNAROUND TIME. You are also agreeing that your inclusion and memorial pieces may be used for marketing purposes.
Reeh And Marie is not, under any circumstances, responsible for loss and/or damage in shipping. We do not take responsibility for other businesses and their handling such as the United States Postal Service and other mail carriers. We recommend that you get a tracking number and a receipt when sending your inclusions to Reeh & Marie. If you would like a required signature upon delivery for your order is available for all orders upon request.

Because each piece is made to order and is handcrafted with personal inclusions, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your keepsake or jewelry, please reach out to us! We will do our best to resolve the issue. Any damages that occur during shipping must be reported immediately with photo evidence!
Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel with a non-negotiable 20% cancellation fee. After that time there are no refunds or returns on any items due to the custom nature of these keepsakes otherwise all orders are final. Please message us with any questions, requests, or concerns
